•To or from VA or medical

•To GVT transit for bus pass

•Urgent transportation needs otherwise not provided

•Food or grocery only as deemed necessary and not routine shopping.

All Transportation Requires the Following:

•Practice Social Distancing and Sanitation

•Driver must wear mask

•Passenger(s) must wear mask

•NO symptomatic passengers (or anyone who has been in contact)

•Passenger(s) must use hand sanitizer prior to entering vehicle

•No Passengers in front seat

•Clean and sanitize surfaces at end of trip

•Use Clorox wipes or Lysol or liquid disinfectant spray with cloth or wipe.

•Wash your hands or use hand sanitizer

•Avoid touching your face
