Overview

Our mission is to serve veterans and military families and we take pride in protecting your data.  Our site is secured through McAfee trusted site and you are in full control of what data is visible to other members (if you are a member) through your profile editor.  No personal data is available to non-members, and we never share your data with 3rd parties.

Collection, use and disclosure of personal information

The information collected is minimal for basic contacts and subscriptions.   For members we collect a little more, for our records and for having an accurate picture of who we serve, the demographics, and the numbers served.  You are in full control of how much of this information, such as your email address or phone number,  is visible to other members.  It is not visible to non-members. The online google forms and applications are not shared with anyone, nor is the information available to other members. This information is intended solely for administrative purposes. We do not share your information.  We do not have access to your personal financial data, credit card numbers or passwords.

Giving consent for others

By registering for a class or event, donating, making an online store purchase, your email address is added to our overall contact list.  If you do not wish to receive any emails from us you can click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email or in your profile editor if you are a member. If you are a group administrator, or have more than one membership (as in couples) only one email address is used.

Third-parties applications

Your data is never shared with third parties. Our site is hosted by Personify/Wild Apricot and any financial transactions are through Affinity.  No information is shared and we do not have access to your personal financial data, credit card numbers or passwords. The mobile app is also hosted and created by Personify with the same privacy and security.
